NOTE: Delivery times will vary according to your location in Pakistan. Here are the projected timelines for various segments:

1-2 business days (next day delivery on a majority) - For Other Big Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc..)
2-3 business days - For Other Urban & Semi-Urban Areas
3-4 business days - For Remote & Rural Areas

- No orders are delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

What Should I Do If My Order Is Delay?
Please, if your order is outside the delivery other due date:

- Give it another 1-2 working days, as slight delays may occur.
- If your order has been delayed for a long time, contact customer service. We will liaise with the courier service to rectify the matter immediately.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Openith best packages and ships your products. Nonetheless, packages can get damaged or lost during shipping in rare situations.
- Do not accept delivery if the package seems damaged or tampered with, and contact us immediately.
- If your order goes missing in transit, we will contact the courier service to locate it. If they are unable to locate it, we will make a replacement or refund (as appropriate).
